0MCP is a B2B SaaS platform that allows users to create, deploy, host, monitor, and manage MCP servers generated from existing OpenAPI specifications.

• We provide the infrastructure and routing to connect AI clients to your underlying APIs.
• We do not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the content, uptime, or functionality of the underlying APIs you connect to our platform.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys associated with your 0MCP account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Connect APIs that distribute malicious software, viruses, or illegal content.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our security measures or billing systems.
• Use the platform to launch denial-of-service attacks or deliberately overload our systems or third-party systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy.

• Fees: Both our Starter and Pro plans require a paid subscription. The Starter plan is offered at a lower cost for essential functionality, while the Pro plan requires a higher fee for advanced features and increased limits. Full pricing details are outlined on our website.
• Billing: Payments and subscription management are securely handled by Polar. By subscribing, you agree to their payment processing terms.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable unless you provide a valid, proper reason for the refund request. If a refund is approved, we will only refund the prorated amount for the remaining unused time on your subscription. The amount for time already used will be automatically deducted.
• Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower tier, you may lose access to certain features, such as operational log retention decreasing from 7 days to 1 day.

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all API specifications, schemas, and data you provide to the Services. You grant us a limited license to host and parse this data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
• Our Platform: 0MCP and its original content, features, architecture, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of 0MCP. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform.

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

• We employ a zero-knowledge authentication model and never store your underlying API credentials.
• We do not store, analyze, or log the actual request or response payload data passing between AI clients and your APIs.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

0MCP expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific requirements or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall 0MCP, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.
• Any actions taken by AI clients connecting to your APIs via our MCP servers.
• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 0MCP and its founders from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including breach of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may cancel your subscription via your dashboard or support email.

Upon cancellation and account deletion, all of your MCP data will be immediately deleted. You will not have access to download your MCP data after deletion. You must retrieve any necessary data before deleting your account. We do not provide any feature to export, download your MCP as a template, or transfer your MCP to another account or service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard commercial SaaS laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 7 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
